The Texas Homeschool State Track & Field Championships are made possible by volunteers. Your time and willingness to serve play a vital role in providing a safe, organized, and positive experience for our athletes and families.
Whether you can help for a few hours or an entire session, we are grateful for your support.
Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteers are needed in a variety of areas throughout the meet, including:

Field events (Long Jump, Triple Jump, High Jump, Pole Vault)

Throws (Shot Put, Discus, Javelin)

Hurdles
-
Relay exchange zones
-
Finish line and clerking support
-
Pee Wee race assistance
-
General event support as needed
Training and on-site guidance will be provided.
Team & Parent Support
Teams with a large number of athletes are encouraged to provide volunteers to help staff field events or work full sessions. This support helps the meet run efficiently and ensures a better experience for all participants.
What to Expect

Volunteers may be assigned to work one or more sessions
