Athlete Registration

The registration fee is $15 per athlete.

Athletes may enter up to 5 total events, with a maximum of 3 running events.

Relays count toward the running event limit.

Relay alternates do not count toward the running event limit unless the athlete competes in the relay.

There are no limits on the number of athletes per event or division.

Waiver & Release Agreement
By allowing an athlete to be registered through a team, or by registering an athlete as an independent, the athlete’s parent(s) or legal guardian(s) acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions of the waivers and releases outlined on the Releases page of this website.
Event Entry
Event entry is completed online through Athletic.net. The system is straightforward, and detailed instructions are available on the Event Entry page. If you have questions regarding event entry, please contact us for assistance.
Team & Athlete Check-In

Team check-in: Coaches Lounge at 12:00 PM/Noon on Friday

Individual athlete check-in: At the gate

Athletes registered with a team do not need to check in individually

If payment has not been submitted in advance, it must be made during the coaches meeting

Individual athlete fees must be paid online via -HERE- prior to the meet
Scratches
Scratches will be handled at the event.
No substitutions are allowed once registration has closed and the meet program has been distributed.
