TIMELINE

Please read this Timeline carefully.
 
*****DEADLINES WILL BE STRICTLY OBSERVED*****
  • April 17th, 11:59 PM: Deadline to pre‐order State T‐shirts.

  • April 30th (Tuesday), 10: PM:  Deadline for registration and event entry. Only scratches will be made at the meet.

  • April 30th (Tuesday) Deadline for providing list for coaches wrist bands that will allow access to the field and to the coaches lounge for food & drinks. Teams will be provided 1 coaches band for each 15 athletes registered.

  • May 1 (Wednesday):

    • HEAT SHEETS will be emailed to coaches for review and to make any corrections

  • May 2 (Thursday) by 9:00 AM: ​Deadline to submit any adjustments

  • May 2 (Thursday) by 5:00 PM:

    • HEAT SHEETS will be finalized and published on tx.milesplit.com and on this website

    • Coaches, print copies for all their staff/parents. No copies will be made available at the Track Meet.

    • No additions or changes will be made after this.

  • May 3 (Friday): Coaches Meeting 3:15 PM  

    • If you have a Scratch, please submit it in writing, including your team name, at the Coaches Meeting. We will not reheat, but this will help the course clerk in lining up the athletes.

    • Substitutions are allowed on relays only. Substitutes must still abide by the 5 total event/3 running event maximum limits. 

    • Any final payments shall be made at the Coaches meeting at 3:15 PM.

 

We will not accept additional entries on the days of the meet.  

It’s important to take the time to review the MEET PROGRAM and/or 

HEAT SHEETS and let the Meet Director know of corrections

so the meet runs smoothly.
