This meet is run primarily by volunteers. We have a professional timer and starter to assist in running the meet and our San Antonio Patriots team will be fully engaged everywhere to put on the best meet for our athletes. However, we need your help to keep things running on time!

- We need Field Event officials and helpers to run Long Jump, Triple Jump, High Jump, Pole Vault, Shot Put, Discus, and Javelin. We also need Hurdle Engineers, Exchange Zone help, and help running the Pee Wee race.

- An Event Coordinator from our team will provide you with everything you need to officiate the event.

 

- LARGE TEAMS - please sign up to staff an entire event with an official and helpers (ie, one of the shot put rings or one of the LJ pits) and for multiple sessions if at all possible.

- Be sure to list the organization name and the volunteer's name on the sheet. 

​

FIELD EVENTS:  Long Jump, Triple Jump, Pole Vault, Shot Put, Discus/Javelin, High Jump. The field events have been broken up into 1  hr sessions. Please sign up for multiple sessions if at all possible.

TRACK EVENTS:  Hurdle Engineers for 100/110 MH and 300MH and a Pit Crew to run the Pee Wee Race
