Event Entry will be done on tx.milesplit.com this year.  Many of you are already familiar with this system, but if you are new to tx.milesplit.com, read through the instructions below, and feel free to email with any questions using the contact form at the bottom of the page.

PLEASE BE SURE YOU ARE AWARE OF THE TIMELINE.  EVENT ENTRY DEADLINES WILL BE STRICTLY OBSERVED.

Entries are limited to 5 total events - maximum of 3 running events - relays count toward the running event limit - relay alternates DO NOT count toward the running event limit unless the athlete runs in the relay. There are no entry limits per event per division. 

TEAM COACHES WHO DO NOT HAVE A TX.MILESPLIT.COM ACCOUNT:
1. Go to tx.milesplit.com
2. In the upper right corner of the page, click on >Login.

3. Click on Sign Up to establish an account.
4. After you set up your account, see the remaining instructions below.

 

TEAM COACHES WHO ALREADY HAVE A TX.MILESPLIT ACCOUNT:
1.  Log into your account.
2.  Go to https://tx.milesplit.com/meets/560231-texas-homeschool-state-track-and-field-championship-2024.
3.  Click Register Online Now.
4.  Select your team to register.

5.  An invitation request will be sent to the meet director who will grant access to the registration in tx.milesplit.com.

6.  Once you have access to register your team, again click on Register Online Now and select your team name.

7. Click on the divisions and events to enter your athletes.

8.  If an athlete's name is not on your roster, follow the milesplit instructions to add athletes.

9.  Choose your events. Click the button in the column corresponding to the age division the athlete will enter. Age eligibility is determined by the athlete's age on September 1 of the current school year (September 2023).
10.  Click the Save Changes when finished.
